It's Summer in the Northwest which means it is literally the most beautiful place around right now.
Green trees, blue skies, temperatures in the mid-70s.
Perfection.
Between interning for Alaska Airlines Magazine and working at Starbs I am working 40 hour weeks for the first time ever.
It is a strange feeling.
A busy feeling.
That being said, I haven't wanted to waste any time!
Going to the beach.
Laying in the sun.
Running.
Hiking in the Mountains.
Swimming in the arboretum.
It's been glorious.
Last weekend I took a baby road trip with my pals Rosie and Cassius down to Seaside.
We ended up just going and figuring things out as we went along.
We slept on the beach and made a fire out of drift wood.
No worries. Just joy.
I am taking a road trip down the entire PCH come September.
This trip took away some anxieties.
I am driving alone, and I don't need to plan every detail or worry.
Go with the flow. Trust. Have faith. It will work out.
Anyways, here's some shots from last weekend.
So long, Astoria.
Cassius.
Right above where we camped...
Rosie jumping down on a sprained ankle, yikes!
So beautiful.
Ominous.
Quintessential Oregon shot.
This is summer.
Goons.
Til next time,
Stacie Marie
