It's funny that this blog started as an avenue for me to collect my travel stories.
Now it's a tool for me to be a photo journalist of my own life. I'm sure i'll be happy I made this when I am old and wrinkled with time.
THAT BEING SAID, it's time forrrrrrrrrrr. AN UPDATE WITH STACIE!
Current Location:
Denver, CO* (WHY?! Courtney Lynn Hall, high school best friend is getting married in UTAH and I am en route). also. Colorado is grand. I practically ran up to this window in the airport to scope out the views.
Living Location:
Atlanta, GA, still. Probably won't be there in a year. They say that life at the Circus goes by so fast, and it is true. Two years is not long at all. It is crazy how much I have changed and developed in 16 months though. If you're into Myers Briggs I've gone from an INTJ to an INFJ. I am more of a feeler, guys. It happens when you're constantly trying to dive into your creative side.
Fave Food:
Popcorn, Quiche, and Ice Cream still. ya know, ur girl hasn't changed that much. I do eat more tofu now though. DON'T WORRY! Not a vegetarian. Just don't eat much meat, because it's bad for the planet and expensive... but if you wanna take me out ;)
Where am I going Next?:
I don't know! I have some ad agencies in mind, but that doesn't really mean anything. This time next year I could be practically anywhere. To understand further, send ya gurl a message or give me a call.
Relationship Status:
Single, haha. I feel like people always ask me this when I come home now. So I might as well include it because if anyone is reading this, they probably are a little curious? Life is weird and my focus is on school and getting a job. Of couse there's been people i've been interested in, but it's either not been reciprocated or confusing as ish.
Mental status:
I am pretty open with the fact that I have struggled with depression. Jan-March I was pretty miserable and there was a point where I wanted to walk in front of a car and end it all. I was miserable and lonely. Since I believe in Jesus and Grace, I am convinced, even in my right mind, that dying would be better than living because I would be in heaven and get to be in God's presence. But I have a calling and a purpose, and it isn't my time yet. That being said, if anyone even reads this and would like to talk about mental illness or any sort- hit me up. I'd love to chat. 25% of the population falls into this category, ya know!?
*By the time I actually posted this, I had gone to the wedding and made it home to Atlanta. Can't lie to all three of you who looks at this!

This is Karly Brooks. Longstory short, she went to the circus, but we met for the first time at this waterfall an hour outside Seattle. Keep in mind that my school has less than 300 people, and Karly is from North Carolina. The chances that I ran into her, let alone met her here doesn't even exist. She is now employed and killing it at Droga5.
